Computational Modeling

In collaboration with both the Frank Lab and the Jones Lab, we use machine learning techniques to model circuit activity and predict behavioral output. In addition, we help the Jones lab develop and implement HNN software to model neocortical cells and circuits based on MEG/EEG data.
